Equestrian and other Surfacing

Woodchip provides an excellent temporary surfacing. It is particularly suitable for vehicle crossing points on racecourses and event courses. Patches of hard or soft going can be improved with the addition of woodchip to overcome temporary problems.

Muddy gateways and pedestrian routes can be made passable for show and other event traffic. Woodchip is easily handled and a flexible tool for event organisers.

Surfacing the rootplate areas around mature trees within show sites is recommended to reduce compaction and resultant damage to old trees.

Mulch

Woodchip provides an attractive mulch for use in gardens or landscape planting schemes.
